SHIPPING INFO

Please note LESET currently only accepts domestic orders. We are working hard to expand to international shipping. Sign up to our newsletter to be the first to get updates. 

We currently offer FREE ECONOMY SHIPPING on all orders over $100, as well as EXPRESS SHIPPING at a flat rate of $20.

WHEN WILL MY ORDER SHIP?

We aim to ship orders as quickly as possible, usually within 24-48 hours. Please note that we do not ship on weekends or on the below observed Holidays: July 4th, Thanksgiving Day, Christmas Day and New Years Day.

Any orders placed on a weekend will be shipped on Monday, and any orders placed on a Holiday will be shipped the following business day.

PACKAGE PROTECTION

We’ve partnered with Route—a package protection and tracking solution—to give our customers the best possible delivery experience. Route provides low-cost shipping protection to protect your package in the event that it gets lost, stolen, or damaged while in transit.

Route is also a mobile app that allows you to visually track all of your online orders in one place. No need to dig through your email for tracking numbers. Route’s dynamic maps and real-time shipping updates keep you in the loop throughout every part of your delivery. The Route app is available on Android and Apple app stores.

If you experienced an issue with your order, please file a claim with Route’s team here. 

REFUSED SHIPMENTS

If at the time of delivery an order is refused please note you will not be refunded for any potential shipping costs.

RETURN POLICY

LESET accepts refunds or exchanges in their original condition within 14 days of receipt of your order. 

While we offer free exchanges, return labels are provided with a $10 restocking fee for shipping. All original shipping charges are not refunded. Refunds for all transactions will be issued to the original form of payment. 

Please note, returns take 2-3 days to process once goods are received. Returned items must be returned in original condition and include the original tags and packaging. LESET will not accept any returns/exchanges that have signs of wear.
